Great Egret on Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge;
One morning while shooting a group of egrets out on Black Point Wildlife Drive, this Great Egret suddenly decided to jump out into the middle of this small pool. Finding the water a little deeper than what he apparently expected, he hastily retreated back to the shoreline from where he came.
